Similarly, if the people in the organization stop functioning organizations will not be able to survive. 2. UNIQUE: Each individual is unique in himself. He has a specialized skill and knowledge in his domain which makes him indispensible. 3. MEMBER: Each person is a member of the organization. He stands with the rest when ever any problem occurs. They share the profits and losses together, joys and hardships and still stand by each other. 4. ASSET: People are the most expensive investment. Thus, organizations should value them from day one they become the part of it. Else they will again have to follow the whole chain of hiring, training, developing etc. and the circle continues. 5. NERVOUS SYSTEM: People are the chain of communication from top to bottom. They are a link of communication from top to middle, top to bottom and middle and bottom. They work independently and interpedently. Without them it is just not possible for organizations to perform effectively. 6. RESULT ORIENTED: People are the ones who lay down the goals for the year. They are performance oriented and contribute to the results for which the organization carves for. 7. EXPERTS: They are the masters of their field and cannot be substituted.
